ARUMUGHAM PALANIGURU ARTS AND SCIENCE (WOMEN) COLLEGE (APASWC) The emblem of Arumugham Palaniguru Arts and Science (Women) College (APASWC) features a pictorial of a bud of three leaves supporting the letter ‘A’ and supported by an open book. The motifs are ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. Below the seal, on a green banner, the motto of the college is inscribed. On the right, the name of the college is written on the right in green and black sans-serif capitals. The three-leaf bud refers to the surrender of mind, body, and heart and signifies balance, the unfolding of life, and being natural; and the book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom.
