SHREE DEVI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (SDIT) The brown emblem of Shree Devi Institute of Technology (SDIT) features an open book supporting a traditional lamp ensconced with circular border inscribed with its name supported by a banner inscribed with the name of the place of the college. The open book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; the lamp with flame symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; and the brown colour signifies the earthiness, simplicity, stability, humility, warmth, reliability, endurance, timelessness and tradition.
