MAR BASELIOS CHRISTIAN COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (MBC PEERMADE) The emblem of Mar Baselios Christian College of Engineering and Technology (MBC Peermade) features a shield holding the motifs of a flame placed in the centre of anatomic structure, an open book and a cross within a triangle, topped by a papal tiara and crossed keys, surmounted by its tagline ‘My Lord and My God’ and supported by its name and place. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the book refers to education, knowledge, wisdom and learning; the cross refers to divine blessings and guidance; the atomic structure denotes science and engineering; and the flame refers to is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power.
