GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE, SAMASTIPUR (GEC SAMASTIPUR) The emblem of Government Engineering College, Samastipur (GEC Samastipur) features the motifs of a laptop computer, a transmission tower, a profile of a human with a set of gear wheels on the head and a river and a bridge representing the subject disciplines of engineering and technology and technical thinking placed on a circle ensconced with a circular border with red outlines inscribed with the name and place of the college in Devanagari and English. Below the seal, on a banner, the motto of the college ‘Work is Worship’ and its year of establishment are written.
