GOVERNMENT DEGREE COLLEGE, JINDRAH (GDC JINDRAH) The emblem of Government Degree College, Jindrah (GDC Jindrah) features a blue circle housing the motifs of an open book and a radiating traditional lamp and its motto in Sanskrit ‘विद्याधनं सर्वधनं प्रधानम्’, which translates to ‘Knowledge is the Supreme Wealth’. The blue circle is ensconced by a white circular border with brown outline inscribed with the name of the college and its year of establishment. The book  serves as the fundamental symbol for formal education, academic learning, accessibility and the pursuit of truth; the radiant lamp  represents intellectual enlightenment, the dispersal of the darkness of ignorance and personal transformation through education.
