SAMANTA CHANDRA SEKHAR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT (SCITM) The emblem of Samanta Chandra Sekhar Institute of Technology and Management (SCITM) features a yellow circle housing a shield inscribed with the motifs of a target mark, a diagram of connected nodes, a gearwheel and a wheel. The shield is crested by an orange rising sun and supported by the place of the college and its year of establishment. The motifs are ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name of the college and its motto in Sanskrit ‘ज्ञानं कौशलं च शक्तिः’ translates to ‘Knowledge and Skill are Power’.
