GOVERNMENT ARTS COLLEGE FOR WOMEN, KRISHNAGIRI (GACWKGI) The emblem of Government Arts College For Women, Krishnagiri (GACWKGI) features a blue shield holding the motifs of a ‘kuthuvilakku’ (traditional lamp), a lotus, an open book, and an image of mountains above waves of water and a tree with fruits. Below the shield, on a banner, the motto of the college in Tamil ‘கல்வி நேர்மை உயர்வு’ meaning ‘Education Integrity Eminence’ is inscribed.
