SAMAJBHUSHAN EKNATHRAO DHAKANE COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (SEDCE) The circular emblem of Samajbhushan Eknathrao Dhakane College of Engineering (SEDCE) features an open book, a nib of a pen and a mortarboard hat ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name of the college. The seal is supported by a pair of laurels. The book refers to education, knowledge, learning and wisdom; the nib of a pen symbolises freedom, intelligence, creativity, professionalism, determination and diligence; and the mortarboard hat or Oxford hat denotes educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage .
