NEHRU COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND RESEARCH CENTRE (NCERC) The gold and black emblem of Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre (NCERC) features a traditional lamp placed on an open book ensconced by a gearwheel. The motifs are placed within a circular border inscribed with its name and the assemblage is placed on a black black wheel with seven golden dots denoting the stakeholders. At the bottom of the seal on a golden banner, the initials of the college is inscribed. The book refers to learning, education, knowledge, and wisdom; the lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity and the gearwheel denotes interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure.
