TEXCITY ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGE (TASC) The emblem of Texcity Arts and Science College (TASC) features a shield inscribed with the motifs of an open book, a rocket, a hoe and sheaf of paddy, a two pan beam balance and a factory with a chimney. The shield is supported by a banner inscribed with the motto of the college in ‘مَن يَهْدِ اللَّهُ فَهُوَ الْمُهْتَدِي ۖ وَمَن يُضْلِلْ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ’ (surah Araf aya 178) meaning ‘He whom God guides is rightly guided’. This assemblage is ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name of the college and its year of establishment. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the book refers to education, knowledge, learning and wisdom; the balance scale refers to justice, equality and fairness; the rocket and the factory refer to science and engineering; the hoe and paddy refer to agriculture.

THIRUVALLUVAR ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGE (TASC) The emblem of Thiruvalluvar Arts and Science College (TASC) features an image of Tamil Poet Thiruvalluvar supported by the motto of the college ‘Learn Earn Serve’ and ensconced by a pair of concentric circular borders inscribed with the name and details of the managing Trust and the name and place of the college. This assemblage is placed inside a gearwheel. Below the wheel, on a banner, the year of establishment of the college and the motifs of an open book and a computer are inscribed. The gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; the book book  refers to education, learning and wisdom; and the computer represents science and technology.
