L B S INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY FOR WOMEN (LBSITW) The dark blue colour emblem of L B S Institute of Technology for Women (LBSITW) features a gearwheel housing the motifs of a computer and anatomic structure denoting engineering; a woman with a mortarboard hat referring to the student and her achievement; and an interlocking shape with a dot in the centre referring to innovation, interconnectedness, and the core principles of knowledge and progress that the institution aims to impart. The gearwheel is surmounted by a banner which is inscribed with its name and its year of establishment. The gearwheel denotes interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure.
