GOVERNMENT ARTS COLLEGE, DHARMAPURI (GACDPI) The emblem of Government Arts College, Dharmapuri (GACDPI) features a shield inscribed with the images of Mūkkanūraiyan Malai, the gopuram of Shri paravasudeva Perumal temple, a mango tree and motifs of cricket bat, badminton racket, football, and hockey sticks, a ‘kuthuvilakku’ (traditional lamp) an open book and a lotus. The shield is supported by a brown banner inscribed with the motto of the college ‘படிப்பு பண்பாடு பயனுள்ள வாழ்க்கை’ meaning ‘Education Culture Meaningful Life’.
