MAHARAJA INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED COMPUTING AND RESEARCH (MIACR) The emblem of The Maharaja Institute of Advanced Computing and Research (MIACR) features a blue sprocket wheel inscribed with the name of the college. It houses the motifs of two gearwheels, a mortarboard hat, four spanners and three stars. On a red banner, at the bottom, the name of the place of the college is inscribed. The gear wheels and the spanners refer to engineering and technology; the sprocket wheel symbolises precision, kinetic energy, industrial power, and interconnection; the mortarboard hat or Oxford hat denotes educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage; and the three stars represent balance, divine alignment and progression.
