BWDA COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCE \(BWDA COLLEGE) The shield-shaped emblem of BWDA College of Arts And Science (BWDA College) features a wheel, a profile of a cattle, a person with mortarboard hat, a factory, a a satellite dish antenna and a computer surmounted by a the name of the college, supported on sides by a pair of laurels on side, supported by an open book and a traditional lamp at the bottom. Below the shield, on a red banner the motto of the college ‘Arise and Awake’ is inscribed. The shield  denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the wheel symbolises motion, dynamism and perpetuity; the cattle refers to agriculture and farmer, the person with mortarboard hat or Oxford hat denotes educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage; the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication; the lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity;...
