TAGORE COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, BARWA (TCE) The emblem of Tagore College of Education, Barwa (TCE) features a red shield housing a portrait of Kabiguru Rabindranath Tagore and the name of the college supported on sides by a pair of torches and a green banner at the bottom. The name of the college is written on the sides in red sans-serif capitals. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; and the torches with flames are emblems of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power.
