JK COLLEGE, PUNE The blue colour emblem of JK College, Pune features a shield inscribed with the name of the college ‘JK’, supported by a pair of laurels on the sides and crested by three five-pointed stars. The text ‘College’ is written on a banner placed below the seal. The shield represents protection, defence and the preservation of knowledge; the laurels is a timeless symbol of victory, academic triumph and honour; the three stars symbolise excellence, guidance and high aspirations. The colour blue conveys trust, wisdom, loyalty, and stability, which are core pillars in higher education; and white provides contrast, symbolising purity, clarity of thought and new beginnings.
