C. ABDUL HAKEEM COLLEGE (CAHC) The shield-shaped emblem of C. Abdul Hakeem College (CAHC) features the motifs of a crescent with a star, an open book,  a road with a skyline and a tree, a rocket, a two pan beam balance and a lotus. Below the shield on a banner, the motto of the college in Arabic ‘ان هدى الله هو الهدى’ and ‘No Guidance But God’s’ inscribed. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the crescent with moon star refers to the Islamic orientation of the institution; the book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; the road refers to society, science and technology; the rocket symbolises science and technology; the balance scale refer to justice, equality and fairness; and the lotus denotes purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty.
