AMIRTHAM COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (AMIRTHAM  EDUCATION) The emblem of Amirtham College of Education (Amirtham  Education) features a Dharma Chakra with an open book in the centre and ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. Below the seal, on a banner, the motto of the college ‘Educate to Lead’ is inscribed. The Dharma Chakra is the wheel of life and dharma. It is an ancient and powerful symbol representing the teachings of the Buddha and the path to enlightenment. While primarily a cornerstone of Buddhist iconography, it is a pan-Indian symbol also significant in Hinduism and Jainism, representing cosmic order, righteousness, and moral duty. The book denotes knowledge, education, learning and wisdom.
