AES COLLEGE OF ARTS & SCIENCE (AES COLLEGE) The emblem of AES College of Arts & Science (AES College) features a circle housing the motifs of a handshake, an open book, a stethoscope, a traditional lamp, and a hockey stick ensconced by a blue circular border inscribed with the name of the managing body and years. The seal is supported by a lotus and circumscribed by a yellow ochre circle with the name and place of the college written along the circumference. The handshake refers to cooperation, equality, support and strength; the book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; the stethoscope, the hockey stick refers to health, sports, competitiveness and victory; the lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the stethoscope denotes health and wellbeing; and the lotus denotes purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty.
