EASTERN ACADEMY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (EAST) The emblem of Eastern Academy of Science and Technology (EAST) features a shield inscribed with a circular network, an Indian national flag, a transmission tower and US national flag. The initials of the college is written above the shield and the name and place of the college circumscribes the shield. The assemblage is placed inside a circle. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the network refers to the global connectivity and modern technology networks; the Indian flag symbolises noble nationalism; the tower symbolises the subject of  engineering and technology and the US flag refers to the international academic partnership.
