RB COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, KATHUA (RBCE KATHUA) The emblem of RB College of Education, Kathua (RBCE Kathua) features a yellow rising sun supported by an open book, ensconced by a cyan circular border inscribed with the name of the college. The motto of the college ‘Knowledge is Power’ is inscribed on a cyan banner placed on the seal at the bottom. The sun represents life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; and the book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom.
