PRAVARA RURAL EDUCATION SOCIETY'S SIR VISVESVARAYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (SVIT) The emblem of Pravara Rural Education Society's Sir Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology (SVIT) features an artistic depiction of a nib of a pen supported by a pair of leaves on both sides supporting an open book and red circle depicting a human. A pair of crests of wheat support the motifs on each side. The name of the managing group is written on a red banner atop and the name of the college is written on a blue banner placed at the bottom. The human head refers to the stakeholders of the college; the book refers to learning, education, knowledge, and wisdom; the nib symbolises freedom, intelligence, creativity, professionalism, determination and diligence; the leaves denotes growth, renewal, balance, and interconnectedness; and the wheat crests denote abundance, prosperity, fertility, and a good harvest.
