Below gear, on a banner, the motto of the college, ‘Aspire Act Achieve’ is inscribed. The gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; the book denotes education, learning, knowledge and wisdom; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering and technology.

METHODIST COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (MCET) The emblem of Methodist College of Engineering and Technology (MCET) features an orange shield housing the motifs of a communication tower, an open book and a factory supported by the name of the college and surmounted by the word ‘Methodist’. The shield denotes ; the other motifs denote the subject disciplines and study of engineering; and the colour orange signifies energy, vitality, creativity, inspiration, joy and happiness.

MOHANDAS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (MCET) The emblem of Mohandas College of Engineering and Technology (MCET) features an open book crested by a glowing flame placed over a globe ensconced by an orange gearwheel inscribed with its name and supported by a pair of laurels on the sides. On an orange banner, its acronym ‘M-CET’ is written. The book refers to learning, education, knowledge and wisdom; the flame is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; and the globe denotes education, knowledge, influence, timelessness, global unity and interconnectedness; the gearwheel refers to interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; and the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.

MALABAR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (MCET) Malabar College of Engineering and Technology (MCET) features three abstract, flowing shapes in blue, green, and red above the stylised initials ‘mcet’. The upward-sweeping nature of the shapes might convey ambition, aspiration, and the pursuit of excellence, aligning with the college's mission to shape well-rounded professionals and world-renowned technocrats. The colour blue is associated with knowledge, wisdom, stability, and technology, reflecting the engineering focus; green symbolises growth, sustainability, and the natural environment, possibly referencing the college's serene campus or its commitment to a holistic learning environment; and red represents passion, energy, and determination, reflecting the drive and ambition expected from students and faculty.
