MANJARA CHARITABLE TRUST'S RAJIV GANDHI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (MCTRGIT) The red colour emblem of Manjara Charitable Trust's Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology (MCTRGIT) features a gearwheel inscribed with the name and place of the college housing the motifs of a computer, an electronics circuit , a pair of transmission towers , and a cauldron with flames . This assemblage is placed on a pedestal inscribed with the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘ज्ञानम् परम् ध्येयम्’ meaning ‘Knowledge is the Supreme Goal’. The gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; the cauldron symbolises transformation, magic and higher ambitions; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering.
