PURATCHI THALAIVI AMMA GOVERNMENT ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGE, MANGALAM ROAD, PALLADAM (GASCPLDM) The emblem of Puratchi Thalaivi Amma Government Arts and Science College, Mangalam Road, Palladam (GASCPLDM) features a blue circle with a golden shield inscribed with the motifs of a mortarboard hat with a scroll, an open book with a hand holding a torch and notebook with a nib of a pen crested with a flying eagle. The circle is ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college in Tamil. The seal is supported by a blue banner inscribed with the motto of the college in Tamil ‘அறிவுக்கான தேடல்’ meaning ‘Quest for Knowledge’.
