GOSSNER COLLEGE COLLEGE, RANCHI The green colour emblem of Gossner College College, Ranchi features a shield inscribed with the motifs of a man carrying a traditional shoulder pole with baskets, representing the agrarian and labor-intensive lifestyle of the region's tribal communities, a bow and arrow and a woman carrying a load on her head, further emphasizing the daily life and hardworking spirit of the local people. A cross crests the shield. The shield is placed on a panel inscribed with the name of the college and supported by a banner inscribed with the motto of the college ‘Arise and Uplift’. Below the panel, the year of establishment of the college is written.
