THANTHAI HANS ROEVER COLLEGE (AUTONOMOUS) The  emblem of Thanthai Hans Roever College (Autonomous) features a plaque inscribed with a cross supported by an open book and a pair of candles. A scenery of the locale of the college with a pair of coconut trees are placed in a circle at the bottom. On a brown banner, placed below the seal, the motto of the college ‘Love Knowledge Service’ is inscribed. The cross is the primary symbol of Christianity, representing the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, his victory over sin and death, and his ultimate sacrifice for humanity; the book refers to education, learning and wisdom; and the pair of candles symbolises union, balance, partnership, and the merging of two distinct entities into one.
