GOVERNMENT DEGREE COLLEGE, CHENANI (GDC CHENANI) The emblem of Government Degree College, Chenani (GDC Chenani) features a circle with a mountain range with prominent peaks with pine or deodar forest representing the rugged, scenic Himalayan topography of the Chenani region and Udhampur district and reflect the rich natural ecosystem, greenery and environmental heritage of Jammu and Kashmir. An open book and pen are placed at the bottom of the circle representing the core mission of the institution: the pursuit of literacy, higher education and the spread of enlightenment. The circle is ensconced by a yellow circular border inscribed with the name of the college. The place of the college is inscribed on a blue banner placed below the seal.
