SAMRAT ASHOK TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE (SATI) The emblem of Samrat Ashok Technological Institute (SATI) features a gearwheel housing the motifs of a transmission tower, a notebook with pen and a scientific apparatus supported by a banner inscribed with the word ‘Degree’. These are ensconced by a gearwheel. The wheel is supported by a pair of laurels and surmounted by the name of the college. Below the seal, on a golden banner the name of the place of the college is written and the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘योगः कर्मसु कौशलम्’ (Verse 50, Chapter 2, Bhagavad Gita) meaning ‘Yoga is Skill in Action’ is written below. The year of establishment of the college is written at the bottom. The gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines...
