ST. THOMAS COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (STCE) The emblem of St. Thomas College of Education (STCE) features a green traditional lamp with green glow and an orange flame. The name of the college is written around the flame and the motto of the college ‘Light to Lighten’ is written on the lamp. The lamp symbolises enlightenment and the dispelling of ignorance through education.
