The orange, green and blue service mark of Sophisticated Analytical & Technical Help Institutes (SATHI) has three hands holding the other in a circle with green border, houses the motifs of the National Emblem, a motif of a factory and a book and a mortarboard hat. The green border is inscribed with the name of the Ministry. All these are ensconced by a dark blue circular border, the name of the programme is written. The hands denote working together for strength, support and synergy and the factory and the book and hat denote industrial and educational institutional domain the programme is in operation.

RANI CHANNAMMA UNIVERSITY BELAGAVI Rani Channamma University, Belagavi (RCUB) has been established in the year 2010 by the Government of Karnataka by effecting an amendment to Karnataka State Universities’ Act 2000 by upgrading the erstwhile Karnataka University Kittur Rani Channamma Post Graduate Centre at Belagavi. It is named after the eponymous queen Rani Channamma of Kittur, the first woman freedom fighter of India. The emblem of the university has an orange coloured open book supporting a flame of light and holding a black silhouette image of Rani Channamma with a rising sun a s backdrop.  The emblem is crested by a its name written in Kannada and at the bottom of the emblem its motto in Sanskrit ‘विद्वान् सर्वत्र पूज्यते’ meaning ‘The Learned are Worshipped Everywhere’ is written. BHARATHIDASAN UNIVERSITY Bharathidasan University (BDU) was established in February 1982 and was named after the Tamil poet, Bharathidasan. The motto of the university ‘We Will Create a Brave New World’ meaning ‘புதியதோர் உலகம் செய்வோம்’. The Bharathidasan Institute of Management known as BIM is located within the BHEL premises, a public sector undertaking at Thiruverumbur. The emblem of the university has a portrait of Bharathidasan supported by a lotus holding a traditional lamp and surmounted by its name and place in Tamil and English. Below the lotus, on a yellow banner, its motto is written in Tamil and English.
