UJJAIN ENGINEERING COLLEGE, UJJAIN (UECU) The emblem of Ujjain Engineering College, Ujjain (UECU) features the motifs of a dam of water, a dish antenna, a computer, a gearwheel, a chemical vessel and an electrical transmission tower. The circle is ensconced by a red circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. Below the seal, on a white banner the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘योगः कर्मसु कौशलम्’ (Verse 50, Chapter 2, Bhagavad Gita) meaning ‘Yoga is Skill in Action’ is inscribed. An open book is placed below the banner. The book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of science, engineering and technology.
