The bank’s tagline in Sanskrit ‘देश हितम् अर्थ कारणम्’ meaning ‘Finance is the Reason for Country’s Welfare’ is written around the edge of the rays of light. The‘ॐ’ is the sacred syllable, which represents the representing the essence of the ultimate reality, consciousness or Atman; the flame of fire refers to enlightenment, knowledge and the dispelling of darkness and the rays of light refer to represent growth, expansion and the bank's reach in the community.
