(Vaidyanath Bank) has a motif of Shiva Lingam with an orange halo and surmounted by an arc with chequered pattern with its name placed between the halo and the arc. The arc is supported by a pair of laurels and its tagline in Marathi ‘अर्थपूर्ण आर्थिक विकास ‘ meaning ‘Meaningful Economic Development’ is placed at the bottom. The Shiva Lingam refers to creation, destruction and regeneration, which means the bank's role in fostering growth and stability; the arc with alternating black and white segments on the outer edge of the circular band represents the balance between tradition and modernity or the contrasting aspects of the financial world and the laurels refer to prosperity, growth and the bank's connection to the agricultural roots of the community it serves.
