All these are further ensconced by a blue circular border. The tree refers to strength, individuality, expression, calmness, growth, the interconnectedness of everything and perpetuity and the women and the man refers to nourishing and supporting cooperation.

The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture.
