The circular seal of Kolhapur District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. (KDCC Bank) has a poorna kumbha placed inside a gear wheel supported by a pair of sugarcane culms and a pair of laurels on sides and a pair of shaking hands at the bottom and circumscribed by its name and year of its inception and its tagline in Sanskrit ‘सहकारमूलं खलु सर्वजीवनम् ’ meaning ‘Cooperation is The Root of All Life’. All these are placed inside a circle with a thick outline. The poorna kumbha refers to ; the gear wheel refers to industry and industrial financing; the sugarcane refers to agriculture and agricultural financing; the laurels refer to ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication and the shaking hands refer to support, cooperation, togetherness and strength.
