The circular seal of Kolhapur District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. (KDCC Bank) has a poorna kumbha placed inside a gear wheel supported by a pair of sugarcane culms and a pair of laurels on sides and a pair of shaking hands at the bottom and circumscribed by its name and year of its inception and its tagline in Sanskrit ‘सहकारमूलं खलु सर्वजीवनम् ’ meaning ‘Cooperation is The Root of All Life’. All these are placed inside a circle with a thick outline. The poorna kumbha refers to ; the gear wheel refers to industry and industrial financing; the sugarcane refers to agriculture and agricultural financing; the laurels refer to ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication and the shaking hands refer to support, cooperation, togetherness and strength.

The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. The flower is placed in an orange circle and this assembly is ensconced by a yellow circular border, on which its name in Devanagari and English and its motto in Sanskrit ‘आपो ज्योति रसोऽमृतम’ meaning ‘May That Awakens Our Intelligence’ are inscribed.
