The poorna kumbha refers to ; the gear wheel refers to industry and industrial financing; the sugarcane refers to agriculture and agricultural financing; the laurels refer to ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication and the shaking hands refer to support, cooperation, togetherness and strength.
