NATIONAL ACADEMIC DEPOSITORY

The vision of National Academic Depository (NAD) is born out of an initiative to provide an online store house of all academic awards. National Academic Depository (NAD) is a 24X7 online store house of all academic awards viz.certificates, diplomas, degrees, mark-sheets etc. duly digitised and lodged by academic institutions, boards and other eligibility assessment bodies. NAD not only ensures easy access to and retrieval of an academic award but also validates and guarantees its authenticity and safe storage. DigiLocker is a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) under the Digital India programme. The logo of NAD has a motif supported by its name and tagline. The motif has a scroll of honour or a purple certificate rolled and tied by a ribbon gets transformed digitally through orange pixel squares. Its name is written below in orange sans serif condensed font and its tagline ‘Transparency & Transformation Through Digitization’.

The NISG was registered as a Section 25 company in May 2002 with its headquarters at Hyderabad. The vision of NISG is to establish itself as a centre of excellence in e-Governance to facilitate application of public and private resources to e-Governance in the areas of: strategic planning, project consulting, capacity building, and research and innovation. The NISG logo has a unique typeface wherein the letter ‘N’ has been shown as a bridge which depicts the connection between public and private sector.
