VIJAYA COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, THADANGAM VILLAGE (VCE THADANGAM) The emblem of Vijaya College of Education, Thadangam Village (VCE Thadangam) features a traditional lamp supported by a lotus and an open book and the name of the place, ensconced by a green circular border inscribed with the name of the college. At the bottom, on the seal, on a banner, the motto of the college ‘Knowledge - Dedication - Progress’ is inscribed. The lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the lotus denotes purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty; and the book refers to education, knowledge, learning and wisdom.
