The white circular emblem of  the Sindhu Central University (SCU) has black outlines. The inner circle houses the motifs of a pair of laurels holding an open book crested by its motto in Sanskrit ‘विद्या सर्वत्र प्रकाशते’ meaning ‘Knowledge Shines Everywhere’ and supported by the mountains of Himalayas with a river flowing down. The outer circle is inscribed with its name in Devanagari and English. The Himalayas and the river refer to the geography; the open book refers to the knowledge, education, learning and wisdom and the laurels denote ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.
