These motifs are circumscribed by its motto एकमेका करू सहाय्य अवघे धरू सुपंथ’ meaning ‘ Let's Help Each Other and Just Hold on to the Faith’ (Sint Tukaram) and supported by a banner inscribed with its name in Devanagari. Below the motifs, an open book and a fountain pen are placed. The beam balance refers to equality and justice; the gearwheel refers to industry and industrial financing; the pen refers to freedom, intelligence, creativity, professionalism, determination and diligence and the book refers to education, knowledge, wisdom and learning.
