These are placed within a gear wheel inscribed with its name in Devanagari. The farmer and plough represent agriculture and financing for agricultural activities; the star represents  the seven days of creation, the seven planets known to ancient cultures, the seven chakras and is frequently linked to themes of spiritual perfection, protection and the power of love and the gear wheel represents industry, industrial financing and interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure.
