The emblem of Bihar School of Yoga (BSY) is a circle divided three fourths into a red portion and the rest in blue portion houses the Devanagari letters of हं  and क्षं respectively meaning 'To Know Thyself’ and ‘Forgiveness’. The circle is ensconced by a thin blue outline. Below the circle its name is written in red capitals. The colour red denotes passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration and the colour blue denotes serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.
