The emblem of The Modern Co-op. Bank Ltd. has a circle holding the motifs of a fountain pen, a pair of gear wheels, a house, a one hundred rupee note, a chimney a stem of a cereal and a factory referring to the nature and range of its costumes and service domains. All these are ensconced by a circular border bearing its name and place in Devanagari. Its motto in Marathi ‘सहकारातून समृद्धीकडे’ meaning ‘From Cooperation to Prosperity’ is written at the bottom of the seal on a banner.
