The circular seal of The Khamgaon Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd. has a traditional lamp of Maharashtra referring to wealth of light and prosperity through banking placed on a lotus denoting enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty. Its motto in Marathi  ‘श्रमस्य प्रतिष्ठा करौच बलम’ is superimposed on this assemblage. All these are placed inside a light blue circle with cyan and pink outlines. This is ensconced by a light yellow colour circular border with pink outline bearing the name of the bank and its place in Marathi.

The tree is supported by an open book on a book reading stand, with a traditional lamp and a nib of a pen. The circle is topped by the motif of the Nagarjuna Sagar dam and crested by Dharma Chakra.
