The circular logo of Rajgurunagar Sahakari Bank Ltd has a violet gear wheel ensconcing an orange circle holding a lotus and its motto in Sanskrit ‘उद्योगिनं पुरुषसिंहमुपैति लक्ष्मीः’ meaning ‘Only the Industrious Get Money’ (‘Lakshmi Comes to the One Who Works Hard and Walks Fearlessly Like a Lion’). Its year of inception ‘1931’ is written on the lotus. The gear wheel bears the name of the bank in Devanagari. The gear wheel refers to interconnectedness, order, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing and structure and the lotus refers to purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty.
