The bank’s motto is written below the seal in Telugu ‘సర్వేజనా సుఖినోభవంతు’, which translates to ‘May All People Be Happy’. The farmer and the oxen refers to represent agriculture, which is a core focus of the bank, serving the rural sector; the sunrise refers to new beginnings, growth, and prosperity; the handshake refers to cooperation, partnership, and trust, which are fundamental values of a cooperative bank.; and the use of multiple colours  including orange, green, blue, and white, signify vibrancy, growth, stability, and purity, respectively.
