These motifs are supported by a its short name ‘सहकारी बैंक ’ and surmounted by its motto in Devanagari ‘सशक्त सहकारिता; समृद्ध मध्यप्रदेश’ meaning ‘Strong Cooperation; Prosperous Madhya Pradesh’. These motifs are ensconced by an orange circular border, which is inscribed with the bank’s name and place.The upward pointing arrows refer to growth, dynamism, ambition and achievement; the wheat stalks framing the central design are symbolic of agriculture, prosperity, and the rural communities that the cooperative bank serves and the handshake refers to; cooperation, agreement, togetherness, support and strength. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.
