VIMAL MUNI COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, RAMGARH, SAMBA (VMCE SAMBA) The emblem of Vimal Muni College of Education, Ramgarh, Samba (VMCE Samba) features a circle housing the motifs of a range of mountains with peaks, rising sun, an open book and a pen ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. The motto of the college is inscribed ‘Duty Determination Destiny’ on a banner placed below the seal. The rising sun symbolises enlightenment, the dispelling of ignorance and the dawning of knowledge; the mountain range refer to the geographical terrain of the place of the college; the book represents structured learning, academic excellence and formal education; and the pen symbolises freedom, intelligence, creativity, professionalism, determination and diligence.
