The word mark logo of Indian Digital Gaming Society (IDGS) has its acronym written using extra thin sans serif custom typeface in the National Tricolour, with the letter ‘G’ shown as a power on and off button. Below the acronym, its name is written in grey. At the bottom a thick orange supporting stripe is placed denoting optimism, confidence, enthusiasm, warmth and agreeableness.

KARNATAKA POLICE Police in Karnataka were called by various names in different regions. After initiation of policing, they were initially called Thoti, Talwar, Umbalidhar, Kattubidi, Neeraganti etc. The police primarily with policing used to do other jobs entrusted to them. Mysore State was the predecessor to Karnataka State, which was created on November 1, 1965. Sri. L. Rickets was appointed as first Inspector General of Police. During the rule of Maharajas of Mysore, the policing existed in different variants. Hukumnama or Kandachara was issued for policing during the rule of Maharaja Mummudi Krishna Raja Wodeyar (1799-1811) at old Mysore region under the British rule, when Sri. Poornaiah was Dewan. The soldiers belonging to Maharaja’s infantry were entrusted with responsibility of policing, which European soldiers supervised. JAL JEEVAN MISSION Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) was launched by the Government of India on August15, 2019 in partnership with the States, to enable every household in villages to have Functional Household Tap Connection (FHTC) in the next 5 years. It is envisaged that with FHTC, each household will have supply of potable water (at least 55 lpcd as prescribed in BIS 10500:2012) on regular and long-term basis. To implement the mission, institutional arrangements at various levels have been made and State’s PHE and RWS Departments are to play a critical role. They have to help Gram Panchayat (GP) and / or its sub-committee to plan, implement, manage, operate and maintain its in-village water supply systems. The monochrome logo in bright blue colour has a silhouetted tap with flowing water with the background of a water drop. The mission’s slogan ‘Har Ghar Jal’ and the name of the mission ‘Jal Jeevan Mission’ are written below in sans serif.

RAJASTHAN POLICE The erstwhile princely States constituting Rajasthan varied considerably in size, population, revenue resources, administrative procedures and practices. With the merger of these States, their police forces were amalgamated into a single police force, which is known as Rajasthan Police. In the intial years after its inception, Rajasthan Police was headed by officers on deputation. The Rajasthan Police Service was formed in January 1951 and eligible officers from all over the State were appointed. The emblem of Rajasthan Police consists of the ‘Jaya Stambh’ or Victory Tower of Chittaorgarh between two swords in saltire and a shield charged with Jaya Stambh, crested with the Ashoka Lion Capital with its motto, being the emblem of India. Below is the name of the service: Rajasthan Police: ‘Rajasthan Police’ in Devanagari. The emblem is surrounded by a garland and a ribbon below charged with a star and the motto: ‘सेवार्थ कटिबद्द्ता’ meaning ‘Committed to Serve’.

The centre was recognized as an Institution Deemed to be University by University Grants Commission in 2002. The emblem of the institute has a tower carrying the flame on the cauldron atop. The tower is superscribed by the initials of Jawaharlal Nehru and at the bottom its acronym is written in blue sans serif font. The flame is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power.

This program is being launched by the government to bring uniformity in fertilizer brands and reduce freight subsidy, which sell urea and other fertilizers under a common brand ‘Bharat’. The circular logo depicts a field of grain and a grassland supported at the left by a strand of crop and the right by ‘रु’ symbol, denoting subsidy.
