The circular seal of the Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagrik (UDAN) scheme has a dark blue motif of a plane flying supported by a light blue circular border bearing the name of the scheme in Devanagari. The border also has the acronym of the scheme written at the bottom. Below the circle the name of the scheme is written in English. The tones of blue represent the skies, trust, honesty and reliability.

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education. The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’. The logo of the university has a blue and green abstract pictorial of ‘U’ and on its right a wordmark of its name in capitals thin serif letters with smooth transition of strokes.
